What is Direct Neurofeedback?

Direct Neurofeedback therapy, sometimes referred to as Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS), is a non-invasive, FDA-registered technology that measures electrical activity of the brain and sends back to the brain a microcurrent. That brief, imperceptible current resets the client’s autonomic nervous system and allows the brain to reorganize itself for optimal functioning. Direct neurofeedback benefits include feeling more calm, a greater clarity, and an overall feeling of balance and resilience. Some disorders helped by Direct Neurofeedback are ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). We've partnered with Kelly Garsik, LCSW at OcalaNeuro to provide Direct Neurofeedback. Find out more and schedule your session today!
